Ensure your candles stand the test of time.

Burn it

If you wish to burn your candle, place it on a heat resistant dish that is designed specifically for burning candles to avoid damage to surfaces. Do not burn candles for more than 2 hours at any one time and do not leave unattended when lit. Stop burning your candle when you have 6mm of wax left. Please always keep your burning candle out of reach of children and pets. It is important that you keep your burning candle away from draughts, furniture and anything that is flammable. Lastly, if you purchase a bundle, ensure that your burning candles are at-least 10cm apart to prevent them from melting together.

Trim it

It is important to trim the wick after every burn to avoid black smoke or a flickering flame. A safe and correct flame is a constant burn that always points upwards in a teardrop shape. Do not move your candle when lit, please wait until the candle has cooled down and wax has hardened. Never extinguish a candle with water as this can cause hot wax to splatter and burn yourself and/or surfaces.

Love it

Keeping your candle as a decorative object? To get the longest life out of your candle, please keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Pure soy wax is delicate, it can lose its life quite quickly when exposed to these harmful elements. So love your candle and take care of it.

Candle Sweating.

We use 100% soy wax, so you may find that your candle will sometimes release excess oil which is caused during temperature changes.

This is hard to avoid when the candle is being moved between environments but it 100% does not affect the quality of the candle. If you do experience this, gently pat the candle dry with a soft paper towel.

Why we choose soy.

Soy wax was discovered in 1991 as a new and more natural alternative to paraffin wax.

It is a 100% natural, renewable, non-toxic and biodegradable wax. It is a hydrogenated form of soybean oil.

Share it.

We not only love making candles, but it gives us so much joy to see how you style them at home.
