Shipping information.

Standard post.

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 across Australia. Yep, that’s cheaper than the standard shipping cost, spread the word and maybe we can eventually cover the whole cost!

Express post.

We offer a flat rate express shipping cost of $15.00 across Australia.

International post.

We offer a flat rate cost of $25.00 for standard parcel international shipping. Please allow up to 10-18 business days to receive your order.

Please note: We always aim to work ahead and have candles readily available. Although given the organic nature of hand pouring them ourselves, this means our candles are predominantly made to order, so please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

Here at Les Bois, we have a 14 day returns policy. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your candle and/or goods must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in it’s original packaging.

Please note: All of our candles are handmade and will vary slightly in colour.

Please consider your purchase carefully before making an order.

Sorry but we do not pay for the cost of returns.

Damaged goods

When it comes to our candles we only accept exchanges for damaged items, this is due to the delicate form of our candles. Unfortunately stock can sometimes arrive damaged due to the handling of the product during postage. If this has happened to you, please email us at hello@lesboisstudio.com with a photo of your damaged candle, return it to us in the mail and we will happily accept your return and replace it.

Processing & Refunds

Once we have received your candle, assessed it and approved it for a return, you will receive your refund automatically or you’ll receive an email notifying you that your replacement item is on it’s way. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item does not meet our return requirements.

Once your refund has been approved, you will be notified by email and you will be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund too. We do not refund shipping cost.

We do not accept returns for the following reasons.
  • Change of mind

  • Deciding you have no use for the product

  • You do not have your proof of purchase

  • Damaged goods

  • Item is not returned in it’s original packaging

  • Your return hasn’t been requested inside the 14 day timeframe

  • Sale items
